In July 2015, Amelia Air bought the ideal rescue airplane, a 1978 Cessna 310R. With 6 seats, two engines and fantastic storage capabilities, this airplane was perfect for family trips including Amelia and all our luggage to fly to Iowa, vacation spots and lots of rescue flights!

We had no idea we’d get our own rescue dog in this plane and find out how much we enjoy flying as a family.
