Boxing Day Puppy Party!

’Tis the season! We’re thrilled to share this video update from our extra-special Boxing Day rescue! The day after Christmas, Amelia Air transported a mother and her six puppies from LA to San Carlos after they’d been stranded between flights, headed all the way from Puerto Rico to a foster in the Bay Area. Dog mama Nena and her babies Beethoven, Barto, Tomi, Safiro, Rubi and Layla did SO well on their rescue flight with Petra and David; some even found their way to the cockpit!

With the rescue of these 7 dogs, Amelia Air has officially saved 150 animals in 2020 - a milestone achievement we are proud to celebrate, especially in the face of the challenges posed by Covid all year long. Thank you for supporting us every step of the way! 💙🐾🛩
